  The website show discount 10% for the Limousines service only?
    We discount 10% immediately with any reservations you make with us, the Limousine and any tour packages.
 
  When I make my reservation you ask for Code what is it?
    For the first time you make a reservation with us. We will send you the confirmation with your personal Code. This Code you can use it to make a reservation for the next time. This Code is your collections from all you’ve made a reservation with us and we can give some special price in the future.
 
  Private Bangkok full day tour that included the Hotel in Bangkok? Or Can I reserve the hotel with Boss Transport includes
    this tour package?
    This Private Bangkok full day tour 47 packages are not included the Hotel in Bangkok. Yes, you can reserve the hotel in Bangkok with this tour package from us also we can provide the hotel any areas in Thailand as you required please just send us the message.
 
  If your rate will be changed how long does it take to let me know?
    In case of changing service rate, we will inform you at least 2 weeks in advance before effective date.
 
  I will transfer the payment from my country, what is the exchange currency rate to convert for Thai Baht.

  Must all bookings be made in advance?
    We do advise booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. This also gives us more time to reserve the best vehicle and hotel for your journey. If however you need a last minute booking please call us and we will try and cater for your airport transfer and nice hotel.
 
  I have completed the booking form and what should I do for next?
    Once you have completed the booking form, you shall receive an email a booking confirmation with your personal code.
 
  How long does it take, I can get the confirmation of my reservation?
    All reservation will be confirmed by e-mail, you should receive full confirmation of your booking immediately after you have completed our online booking form.
 
  How do I pay you for my journey? / Do you accept credit card?
    There are 2 ways to pay.
        1.) Bank Accounts Transfer
        2.) Pay online with PayPal
    You can pay with your credit card by pay online with PayPal, please click on PayPal logo in our website to Sign up.
 
  Do I need to pay you for transfer fees?
    All Foreign Bank’s Charges or all bank surcharges, online payment and fees relating to such payment are in customers own responsibility, no deduction form the total payment. The payment must be made in full price. We do not accept responsibility for the payment of bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of funds into bank account. Any such charges or fees are the payer's responsibility and cannot be deducted from our net price.

  When do I pay for my journey?
    For Limo Reservations : The payment must pay 1-2 weeks in advance before the reserve pick-up time, prior 7-14 travel days.
    For Tour Reservations : The payment must pay many weeks or months in advance, prior sightseeing tours as we consider and make a deal with customers case by case.
 
  After I paid you for my reservation and when do I get a receipt?
    We can send you a receipt via email. The email will detail in full the booking details and transaction amount.
 
  How do I meet the driver at the airport? / How do you pick me up at there?
    When you arrived at the airport, our representative will greet you in front of the gate. Who will be waiting you and hold a signboard with your name prints on it and lead you to the car (the driver will be waiting for you).
 
  Can the driver speak English?
    Yes, He can. Our drivers and representatives do have a good understanding English.
 
  How long will the driver wait for me?
    Once a reasonable waiting time has expired. Our representative will make extensive enquiries at the airport referring back to the call center and will attempt to call you if a valid mobile number is given, if representative is unable to make contact with the passenger, the driver is authorized to leave the terminal and the customer will be liable as “No Show”.

  What happens if my flight arrives late or delay is there an extra charge for waiting time?
    Our standard procedure involves monitor all flights so we will know that your flight will be late or early arrival. The representative and driver will be there to complete your airport transfers and no extra charge at all.
 
  What should I do if I can’t find the driver at the airport?
    If you can’t see our representative who is holding a signboard with your name on it please, contact immediately to call center or our representative mobile phone as we gave you with the confirmations form before.
 
  I need to cancel or postpone my journey how many days that I have to inform you before pick-up time?
    For Limo Reservations :
In case of cancellation or postponing, please inform us 72 hours Or 3 days before the reserve pick-up time. Otherwise customers have to pay for fee as full price in booking.
     
    For Tour Reservations :
In case of cancellation or postponing, please inform us 10 days in advance, prior sightseeing tours. Otherwise customers have to pay for fee as full price in booking.
     
    In case of Awaiting, Customers “No Show” : Without inform us for any reason will be considered as no show and charged at full rate reserved.
 
  I need the guide who can speak German language; can you provide that for my trip?
    Yes, we can. Also we can provide Guides for other languages as you requested, please send us the message.
 
  What is about the Charity? Or would you like to get some money for donation?
    No, we wouldn’t like to get any donation or asking for some money from our customers here. But we desire to have a lot of booking because some part the money or earn from all booking you made with us. We will donate for Education to poor childrens, donate to Aid for AIDS or any activities to help and make the peoples happy. That mean our customers will be a part of donators already after you made any reservation with Boss Transport.
